ITINERARY

Day 01 = ARRIVAL - BROMO (L)

Upon arrival at Surabaya airport of morning flight, meeting service and then depart to Mt. Bromo area for overnight. En route visit indigenous Pasuruan fishing village with plenty colorful traditional fishing boats, traditional salt making process, picturesque verdant rice and sugar cane fields. Lunch is included.

Day 02 = BROMO - IJEN (B / L / D)

Very early morning, join Mt. Bromo tour. The tour starts by a transfer to Cemara Lawang village. Then get a pony to trot down the steep slope of Mts. Tengger, crossing the sea-of-sand in the darkness of the early morning giving you the feeling riding into eternity, climbing up 245 steps to reach the awesome rim crater awaiting the sunrise cracking up the day through its rays from the eastern range of Mts. Tengger. From here a marvelous views of Mt. Bromo and its surrounding can be seen (subject to the weather). Back to the hotel for breakfast and shower. Next transfer to Mt. Ijen passing verdant rice and sugar cane fields, vast coffee plantation. Overnight at a guesthouse in Mt. Ijen. Lunch en route at local restaurant; simple dinner will be served at the guesthouse.

Day 03 = IJEN ( B / L / D )

After simple breakfast, join Mt. Ijen (2,400 m) excursion. This volcano offers a savannah landscape, ruggedly beautiful panoramas, grand hiking, and a placid, brightly yellow crater-lake. The summit of Mt. Ijen is a gorgeous crater filled with haunting turquoise-blue lake with its surface streaked in the wind blow patterns of yellow sulfur vapor. At the edge down crater lake, there is an evil-smelling sulfur where local people digging and carrying 60-70 kgs on their bare shoulders for 2 miles ascending and descending steep Mt. Ijen wall. Back to the home stay to have lunch. After a short rest, explore the surrounding areas by visiting the village nearby, hot spring, cascade and the coffee mill to inspect the detailed coffee processing. Overnight at the home stay with dinner is included.

Day 04 = IJEN - PEMUTERAN ( B / L )

After simple breakfast, proceed to Ketapang and cross the strait of Bali by ferry and further drive to your hotel in Pemuteran area - North Bali. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. The rest of the day is set free to enjoy your most private life.

Day 05 = PEMUTERAN - SOUTH BALI ( B / L )

Breakfast at hotel. In the morning you may join optional snorkeling at Menjangan Island. By late morning around 10h00-11h00, you will be collected for further drive to your hotel in Kuta / Sanur / Nusa Dua via back road passing coffee plantation at Munduk area, well maintained landscape in the proximity of Lake Tamblingan and Bedugul. Lunch will be arranged en-route. Late afternoon, arrive at your hotel.
